What is your Cancellation Policy?
Should you wish to reschedule or cancel your appointment, kindly advice the SPA team with a minimum of 24hours of your appointment commencement time. A 50% rescheduling and cancelling fee applies to modifications or cancellations made within this timeframe. No shows attract a cancelation fee of 100%.
Do SPA bookings include access to the pool and gym?
Yes. SPA guests enjoy one hour of pool and gym access either before or after their treatment. Available only on weekdays.
How do I access the pool and gym?
A special access pass will be issued by Spa Reception at the time of your visit and must be returned afterwards. A $40 fee applies if the pass is lost or not returned.
Is there parking for SPA guests?
Yes. We offer a reduced valet parking rate of $50 for day spa guests who are not staying in the hotel, with a confirmed booking at Sofitel Spa L'Occitane en Provence. This fee is charged at Spa Reception upon check-out. Please note, this rate is not available for guests staying in-house.
